    "This dish was so yummy. I used pork cutlets and made a few slight changes. First I browned the cutlets in about a tablespoon of olive oil flavored with red pepper flakes and minced garlic. I removed the cutlets and sauteed the veggies in the pan drippings. I completely omitted the butter and cream. Hubby and I lapped up the sauce with bow tie..."
