"This dish was so yummy. I used pork cutlets and made a few slight changes. First I browned the cutlets in about a tablespoon of olive oil flavored with red pepper flakes and minced garlic. I removed the cutlets and sauteed the veggies in the pan drippings. I completely omitted the butter and cream. Hubby and I lapped up the sauce with bow tie..."

"Wow this was delicious....I didn't have cottage cheese so I substituted light sour cream....quite a lovely taste; also added a 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple instead of 8 ounces; and of course used sugar free jell-o. We used this as a dessert. Thanks Jamie for a keeper"

"Wow.....I have made Split Pea Soup many times, but this was the best. The combination of spices really gave it some "piazzas." Hubby and I are really enjoying this meal in itself.....it is so filling. We usually enjoy it with corn bread. Thanks HeatherFeather for a real keeper."

"This is a great barbeque sauce. Next time I will cut the honey to 1/4 cup....it was a tad sweet, or I might leave it at 1/2 cup and add some balsamic vinegar. Thanks for a great barbeque sauce Kimmie"

"Elissa, this was great. Flavors and texture were just to our liking. Next time, I will eliminate the salt, the salt on the eggplant was enough for our taste. I also eliminated the butter and the pepper. thanks for a keeper."

Next time I am going to try them on a cookie sheet and spraying the..."

"This was a big hit....hubby and I loved the flavor and the beef was sooooo tender. I cut the recipe in half, skipped the butter and celery flakes and used regular paprika, since I ran out of the Hungarian. (need to get more of this, since it really has a much better flavor than the regular paprika. DeSouter this is a keeper for us....thanks"

"Wow....what a delicious meal. I used red peppers, onions, celery and mushrooms along with the crushed tomatoes. Also substituted Splenda for the sugar. After sauteeing the onions and garlic followed by the meat, I added everything to the pan and I simmered the pan for about 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally....the sauce thickened itself, no need t..."

"Delicious and easy potato pancakes....what more could a girl ask for??? Cookgirl these are so good. I had a container of Country Crock mashed potatoes that I wanted to use and the whole container is just about 4 cups. I had no fresh parsley, so I left it out.
