    "Love this recipe!! My mom and I used to make them all the time. We rolled them in confectioners sugar - 10XXX - as we put the coconut in the logs/balls. These don't last long!"

    "Growing up in North Carolina we called this recipe "Copper Pennies" since the carrots take on a reddish hue from the tomato soup. This is really good and great for summer gatherings."
