"Had a craving for pot pie & I chose this recipe. Really fantastic! I did add some fresh thyme & rosemary, other than that followed to a t. I used puff pastry (top crust only and it was perfect!! "Soooo good!! The only thing I did differently was to add some diced carrots and a little butter when I was carmelizing the onions. "Very good!! A definate must is to add garlic when browning the meat - other than followed to a T. TY for a great recipe!! I used 1 can each of black beans, pinto beans & kidney beans for three bean chili - soooo good (I used 2 lbs of groung beef and upped the spices - totally a winner!!"

"Like another review, I HATE stuffed peppers!! Until now, that is. This recipe is soooo good - I am now a fan. I used Zatarains spanish rice (about 2/3 of the amount mixed with beef mixture. I did cut peppers in half lengthwise before parboiling - makes for a nice presentation I think. Kudos on this recipe - thanks for sharing!!"
