"Really delicious and so fast/easy to prepare and can be done in advance. One tip: to prepare for serving, don't do what I did and look at just the cooking time to gauge when they will be ready - heating an oven to 500 can take a LONG time, so remember to factor that in! Another thing, I used fairly large dates and ended up adding more goat cheese ..."

"Wonderful! Very easy and not time consuming. It made for the perfect Christmas breakfast. I was tempted to add a little nutmeg, but my wife said not to mess with it the first time, so I'll try that next time ;
I served it with lemon wedges and powdered sugar. It wasn't too heavy or too sweet, but was just right. My family and our guests ..."

"Very moist and great flavor. Mine was still raw in the middle after cooking for one hour, though. I ended up adding 15 more minutes, at five minute increments. I crushed and toasted hazelnuts, which I added to the batter, which was delicious. I served up slices of the banana bread warm with a little cream cheese. Yum!"

"This was delicious and even the pickiest eaters in my family enjoyed it without picking things out of it! I added about 1/2 cup red wine and will probably put in a full cup next time. The flavor was excellent, but I might add an extra carrot or two next time for color balance. Plus, carrots are yummy.
I also served over buttered egg noodl..."

"This is a delicious cream cheese frosting. I cut the sugar back to 2 3/4 cup and it still tastes great, is plenty sweet, and has good texture/firmness."

"This was excellent - so moist! I added rainbow sprinkles to the batter to make a 'fun-fetti' cake. Everyone loved it."

"These are delicious! I've made them three times and they were a little crumbly the second time. It could be that I didn't boil the sugar mixture long enough or that I was experimenting with the syrup component and used 1/2 honey and 1/2 corn syrup (I used only corn syrup the other times. I want to try it with agave and brown rice syrup to see how..."

"This was delicious! Great flavor and texture. I might try an almond or orange extract next time just to experiment. We topped ours with fresh strawberries and then a dollop of the following: using room temperature cream cheese, mix equal parts cream cheese and marshmallow fluff with a blender until smooth."

"Very flavorful! The cheese on top is a nice touch. I added an eensy bit of cayenne pepper for a little extra zing."

"Delicious, easy, versatile. I'm excited to try different variations on this. I added cinnamon to the recipe - I think I'll try cardamom next time. Also going to try various dry fruits: figs, dates, etc. and maybe some fresh fruit variations too. This will be fun!"
