Now that I am a stay @ home mom again, I have more time to research new recipes and plan meals, which is key now that our budget has been tightened significantly.
I have 2 teens who recently completed foods classes in high school. They love trying new recipes, so they each have been given a day to prepare meals each week. One is very picky of foods she will eat and constantly asks, "what's in it?" So having the ingredients printed off for her makes it a bit easier, that is if she read it.
Love to eat chinese take out, but preparing it is a different story. Second favorite is mexican style foods as long as not too spicy. I need to be able to taste the food and not have my mouth burning due to the spices.
