    About Me

I live in Barrie, Ontario. I am married with four kids, one is a step and lives with her bio-mom in another province. My biggest pet peeve at this point is...when I make something great and try it out on friends, then they try to replicate it and try it on me only to find out they slaughtered it! To make a truly great meal you must have top quality ingredients. You can't go cheap(i.e. breaded chicken cutlets for chicken parmesean *barf* *barf*)or with poor quality ingredients.

    Favorite Foods

I really like to try new recipes. I have never thought of myself as a "good" cook until I started to experiment with recipes here and in my library of cookbooks I have as well as just experimenting in general.
I am not really famous for any particular dish at this point, although I do make a killer chicken parmesean, I will however keep you all posted should I create something fabulous.
My absolute favorite restaurant is the Crock and Block. Great food!! NOBODY makes better seafood stuffed mushroom caps...NOBODY!
