    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

I designed cooking appliances back in the 90's and had many kitchenware shops and agents all over Australia, but I am since retired, I was particularly involved with Turbo Ovens. My favourite cookbooks are those that are produced by communities in small rural towns as a way of raising revenue for a local project. They are not pretentious and generally come up with some really unique recipe ideas that have been improvised over the years to suit the availability of local produce.

    Favorite Foods

I enjoy all styles of food equally, although I lean toward Japanese when it comes to dining out. There is not much I haven't tried eating, especially when I am in China, so I can say I'm pretty adventurous when it comes to cuisine.
The dish I am most requested to cook at home is Osso Bucco a la Pepsi!
