    "This is ridiculously identical to the Maggiano's Rig D. I've been trying to replicate it for a long time. I used a rotisserie chicken from Costco to cut down on time and I will make this over and over again in the future.

    One note: Caramelizing Onions (Step 2) takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. So, the total time to make this dish is close..."
