    "mmmmm... really lovely icing recipe indeed! I didn`t have enough powdered sugar.. but the consistency was not very thin, yet not thick.. so I plopped in a mars bar and let it all meld together... omg, to die for! when the muffins came out the oven, I treated them as doughnuts and dunked them into the icing and let them sit.. room temp for 1.2 ..."

    "First time in making my hounds home made gourmet treats!!Nice follow thru recipe! I did however improvise - I added 1/2 can pumpkin pie filling and flax seed! I did a "tester" to see if they would eat the dough and they did. ;- . so ... it's a 5 star hit here and 10 plus when cooked! Thanks for sharing!"

I opted for cod, prawn and fresh salmon... well next time, I will skin the salmon, as it was very hard to fork the wooden skewer into salmon .... with perserverence, I did that.. but, in saying this, I also added fresh cod and fresh devined and shelled prawn... the cooking time .. trust me.. after 5 minutes turn...
