    "What a joy, and so very forgiving. I made my dough in the machine and got called away. It rose 1st time in the machine. Put it in oiled bowl and punched it down. Rose fine 2nd time in 30 mins. Put on cooking sheet and set in pilotlight open. Got called away again and it over rose the 3rd. Scrapped off the baking sheet and reshaped them again. ..."
