"I finally made this. I used 2 legs and 2 breasts. I did sear the chicken before had, in oil, but I don't think I seared it enough as I ended up taking off the skin while it was cooking.
I doubles the sauce and did have to take the chicken out of the pan while the "glaze" cooked down."

"These are the BEST!! I boiled my garlic with the potatoes. I also used less oil but added butter on top of the potatoes right before I flipped them.
