"I am sorry, but this dish was way too salty. It almost contains a recommended daily sodium intake and saturated fat and is not good for people with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or CVD. The idea was great though."

"I made this for Thanksgiving this year. I cut the amount in half and used 8 oz vacuum packed chestnuts that I bought from Trader Joe's. I used raisin instead of currant and regular parsley instead of flat leaf parsley. I also didin't have fresh sage, but it turned out great. Everybody raved about it! One of the guests said stuffing was not us..."

"This is such a tasty vegan soup! I added the lentils and veggies at the same time in a pressure cooker and cooked for 7 minutes with a natural release. I also added some salt and pepper at the end. Will make it again!"

"Excellent!! I am so glad I could make such a tasty Indian dish at home instead of ordering it from a restaurant! I just used plain ground cumin instead of roasted one, but it turned out fine. I also used one teaspoon of salt instead of 1/2 teaspoon, put chopped fresh cilantro on top and ate with brown rice. Will definitely make it again. Than..."

"I made some changes and used unbleached flour, egg replacer, unsweetened natural chunky peanut butter, soy milk and natural beet sugar (doubled the amount and added 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce to make them healthy and vegan. They came out very moist and smelled wonderful. I liked the fact that they weren't very sweet and were very low in fat."

"Very elegant salad. The dressing was too sour to my taste, so I added some honey and juice from the pear can. Next time I will use only two tablesppons of lemon juice. I didn't use bell pepper, but it was still great."

"I made this the other day, and it was soooo good! This is a great vegetarian dish! I pressure-steamed the potatoes for 20 minutes to save time. I also sprinkled additional cheese on top and baked it covered, and then removed the cover and broiled for a few minutes. It created perfect crispiness. Next time, I will sprinkle the scallions on to..."
