Reviewed On the Go Ravioli Lasagna
"i too loved this recipe, but i liked it so much more the next day after it had all settled into each other. i had to use about 1 1/2 jars of sauce and a bit more then 25 oz of ravioli, but the concept was great -- it was one of those dishes that got better and better each day -- thanks for sharing"

"i have to agree with everyone else -- hard to mess this up -- what i love is that it works whether i am using vegetarian chili, chicken chili, canned chili or homemade chili and i can control the spices depending on who i am making it for -- mine is always hotter then the bowl i make for anyone else"

Reviewed Breakfast Tater Tot Casserole
"I made this Christmas morning for breakfast and it was gone in moments. The only comment I got from our house guests was "you are going to make this for us again tomorrow right?" so easy to make and so easily changeable in terms of meat, cheese, etc."

I am tri-vocational. I am an adjunct professor of women and gender studies, spiritual partner, and freelance writer/editor. I love reading, writing, cooking, baking, drumming, time with friends, my wife, and our two cats. I am passionate about life. I am not sure i have any pet peeves, however, I like to surround myself with loving spirits and positive energy. What inspires me to cook is life. I am always willing to push myself out of my comfort zone and learn more about the world and ingredients through my cooking.
my favorite dish to cook varies from day to day. there is not A favorite dish. not sure what i am famous for either. my guess is that with some of my friends it is my zucchini soup, with others it is my cabbage casserole, and still others would say it is my 7 cheese mac and cheese. i dont eat out much and really do not have a favorite restaurant -- my wife's favorite restaurant is our kitchen.
