I've always wanted to own a little saloon/diner/burger/chili place somewhere, maybe it can still happen. I hope so.
I'm a carnivore, 1st and foremost, but I also love a good salad, etc. I'm not so much of a fish or seafood person, but I can and do enjoy it at times, altho I like cooking it for others more than for myself. But give me my meat, beef esp. and I'm one happy cowboy.
Famous for? Heh, not much except slacking ;)
