"I was looking for a recipe to go with some smoked pork chops I bought at the butcher and this intrigued me. It was WONDERFUL! I used a medium onion since I really like onions, 2% milk, and guessed at the walnuts. I served it with baked apples and our guests all begged for the recipe. I think I added a tad more Swiss cheese as well. I'll make ..."

"These are addictively delicious. My father's supper club served these years ago with a side of blue cheese dressing on the side. They were the most popular appetizer. Thanks for posting!"

"Very good; my wife and I have been eating these for weeks now. When it starts running low, we just add more cucumbers, onions, etc. I did substitute dill weed for celery seed. Will try adding some celery seed next addition. Thanks for posting."

"Very tasty, indeed. I added some chopped chicken to mine for a complete meal and a little protein as well as some slivered almonds. I also tried the teriyaki-chicken ramen noodle with flavor packet and really enjoyed it. Also used only 2 pkg. of the noodles and flavor pkg. I preferred this ratio."

"You're right; this is a delicioius winner. I prepared it precisely as written and wouldn't change a thing! A simple salad and glass of wine makes this a perfect dinner. We'll be making this for company next time. Thanks for posting, Judekins."

"I had this dessert at a card party yesterday and it was heavenly! I was going to enter it, but found you already had done so; thanks. I will definately be making this in my home for friends and family. It's simple, delicious and most folks usually have these ingredients on hand."

"Another Midwesterner remembers these with GREAT pleasure! I still make them at home, but dip them in a couple eggs diluted slightly with milk, then into finely ground saltine crackers and fry in a skillet with half butter and half olive oil. They're are wonderful on a bun with ketcup, mayo, tomato and lettuce. You can freeze the cut and pounded..."

"Well, I think this pie is wonderful! Not only is it really simple, but it has a TRUE lemon taste. I used half real sugar and half Splenda, vanilla wager crust, whipped topping and fresh raspberries for garnish. I will definitely make this again. Thanks, Judikins!"

"We made this for guests over the weekend--very tasty! I used mostly thighs, but half way through added a couple breasts. I also added a whole sweet onion, red, yellow and green peppers and fresh halved mushrooms. Served it with bowtie pasta and a large green salad. Since I had a 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes with added puree I added my own ga..."
