     |  By Pam-I-Am

"Excellent combination of spices.I use it more as a seasoning rather than an actual rub which may be a bit heavy. The heat is just right for me but I have a fairly high tolerance. When I cook chicken on the smoker I brine about 3 whole chickens overnight and season each differently, this rub is alwys on one of them!"

I have made it a few times and although I have not done a side by side test this tastes just like Outback's IMO. I brought a crock pot full to a Super Bowl ..."

"I cook on an outdoor smoker regularly, so when I ran this idea by the wife she was skeptical to say the least. But after I made this she really liked it and has already requested it again. Next time I think I will cut the liquid smoke in half as the artificial smoke flavor was a little on the strong side. The meat was VERY tender and had great fl..."

"I have made this a number of times. The first few times exactly as the recipe is shown. My wife and daughter were very pleased with this recipe as Campbell's Beef & Barley soup is one of their favorites. I thought it to be a little too much tomatoe. The last time I made this I substituted another can of beef consomme in place of the tomato soup, ..."

"I have made this numerous times and highly recommend it. It takes some time but it is WELL WORTH IT!It is a very good recipe weather I cook this in the oven or on the smoker, although the smoker gives this an added quality in our opinion.I follow the recipe as it is shown with the exception of the Barbecue sauce. I make my own sauce that has q..."
