"The taste was good and texture is great. But I had to bake it for 25 minutes above the recommended time until the wooden stick came out clean. Be very careful in taking the loaf out of the pan. It's more difficult than any other sweet bread. It's perfect for any occasion for coffee and tea time."

"Very easy to make and excellent result. I found this recipe by chance as I had some dates and had no clue what to do with them. I used handy pure orange exctract instead of ornage rind. It was also very good. Thanks "
