Reviewed Butter Dessert Rolls
"Have you ever seen "What About Bob?" . . . you know, the scene where he's at dinner and can't stop saying, "MMMMMM"? Well, that was me when I was eating these! They are so fabulous I can barely describe it - sweet and rich and buttery. And so incredibly easy to make that it's almost dangerous. I'm glad I made only a half a batch, because otherw..."

Reviewed Kittencal's Best Blasted Rapid-Roast Whole Chicken
"Simply divine. My 8-year-old typically doesn't eat meat - the only chicken she'll touch is chicken nuggets or Buffalo Wild Wings. But she simply devoured this and was disappointed when all the dark meat was gone! This is seriously unheard of, so I'm extremely impressed. I did alter the seasonings a bit (using olive oil, regular salt, pepper, ro..."

Reviewed No Fuss No Mess Potato Pancakes
"THANK YOU SO MUCH for this recipe! I love potato pancakes, but most of the time I'm too lazy to do all the grating and just use a mix. Shortcut recipe? Sounded like a good one to try, and I'm glad I did! These are exactly the texture I prefer for my potato pancakes - no thick pieces of potato but not quite at mashed-potato level either. They a..."

Reviewed Blueberry Lime Jam
"This is my go-to recipe for blueberry jam - I won't make it any other way. Everyone always comments on the flavor (the lime isn't too strong, but it REALLY adds a lot to it). I crush my blueberries in a food processor rather than doing it by hand; the results are a little smoother."

Reviewed So It's Bekah's Pulled Pork Now
"AMAZING!! I tried this dish for the first time when I had some friends over. It smelled so good that while I was pulling the meat into chunks to serve it, my friends were hanging over my shoulder picking pieces out of the pan. One of them even asked for some of the leftovers to take home.
This is already in my recipe book as a favorite...."

Reviewed Roasted Ratatouille
"Omitted the fennel and peppers due to personal taste, but otherwise prepared as written. My boyfriend and I practically inhaled it . . . the aroma in the house tempted us the whole time it was in the oven, and it was every bit as good as it smelled! An excellent recipe which I will definitely be making again and again. Thanks!"

Reviewed No Fluff Tapioca Pudding
"Perfect! I used all half-and-half, so the results were super creamy and rich. I put everything in a glass bowl in a pot of boiling water so that scorching wasn't an issue and I didn't have to stir constantly (although it still needs frequent stirring). Will definitely be using this recipe from now on. Thanks!"
