    "These are seriously the most amazing potatoes I have ever had. They definitely take a lot of time but noises of appreciation coming from my friends made it totally worth it. I couldn't find chives so I used the green part of some scallions and that worked fine. Will absolutely make again. Thank you!!"

    "This recipe is wildly popular with my roommates. I make it whenever we have extra bananas and it's so good! Sometimes I like to add 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp nutmeg. And sometimes I use extra banana. mmm just writing this is making me hungry. Thanks again!!"

    "I love this recipe! I've made it twice now and its just so so delicious. The second time I made it I couldn't find any ground pork so I used up 6 ounces of shredded prosciutto. I actually liked that taste even more! I also added some finely minced red peppers and more basil to the sauce. So yummy! Thanks!"
