"Just as advertised, this stuff is very very creamy! And they're not kidding about having to do the last 1/2 pound of powdered sugar by hand, it's almost like bread dough at that point. I did a half batch at a time to make it easier to mix. I then added peanuts, marshmallows & choc. chips to the second half-batch to make rocky road fudge. Terrific!"
