"I made this with some help from my mom. The first time I went to cook the mushrooms & shallots they burned after 5 minutes. So we redid it without timing it, just eying it as it cooked. Once we stopped worrying about time, everything came together quite nicely. This is something I would make again because it was so yummy and extremely easy to make."
