"These doughnuts were light in texture, and did NOT have a heavy oil taste I iced half with vanilla the remianing with chocolate. Nice to know that they freeze well as it was more than the 24 (maybe the size of my cutter. Next time I will half the recipe. My family very much enjoyed them as did I."

"The bread had a nice texture, light with the right amount of fruit/nuts/raisins. I put a couple of tablespoons of rum on the fruit letting it sit while the dough was rising. I have been trying different recipes for the last few years. This one is the keeper and will be part of our christmas breakfast for years to come. Thanks for sharing."

"Who knew marshmallows were so easy to make!! Although I was happy to have my trusty kitchen aid mixer to do the whipping for me. I wanted to do something other than holiday fudge this year and thought this recipe fit the bill perfectly.
