"My husband loves mustard and even he thought this was too mustardy. It is a good approach but next time I will use half the mustard. I used the capers and only salted the fish itself. I also put in some fresh dill I had on hand. Other than the "too mustardy" it was quite good and the fish came out beautifully moist."
