    Reviewed Thai Grilled Chicken Thighs

"Absolutely wonderful - my husband does not like marinated meats normally, but he loved this dish! He;s already had the leftovers for breakfast!

I wasn;t sure what "minced chili" was, so I used some ground chili. Right or wrong, the chicken tasted great! Thank you."

Reviewed Teriyaki Beef Brisket for the Crock Pot

"I;m not sure why we weren;t impressed... the meat fell apart, so I ended up with shredded beef. It seemed to have that same-ol-same-ol crockpot taste. Brisket is pretty expensive to be less than thrilled. Sorry."

    Reviewed Balsamic Chicken

"Just like previous reviewers said - easy and good! Next time I;ll work to get the chicken more golden, this time is was a bit pale. The sauce was great - even my husband thought so - despite me prediciting he;s scoff at the whole thing. I;m adding this to my Lo-Carb Cookbook and will make it again."

    About Me

There is no greater stress-reliever than puttering in the kitchen! 35 years ago I had to call home to ask how to boil potatoes. Today I love to experiment with all types of recipes. ...I just wish I could make it up as I go vs. follow line by line in the recipes! Maybe someday?

    Favorite Foods

Something unusual will alway catch my eye when it comes to cooking. The more unique, the better! The rhubarb onion BBQ sauce I found on Recipezaar? The best! Soy Sauce and hot sauce for Pecans? Wow! Give me something out of the ordinary anyday, and I'm game!
