    Reviewed Breakfast Sausage Casserole

"This is fantastic! I made it for Christmas breakfast and about four times since. Everyone loves it, and it is SO easy. The last time I made it, I made it even easier on myself and used unseasoned croutons so I didn't even have to cut the bread. About Me

In my "real" life I own a moderately successful business. That generally takes most of my time and mental energy. So when I have time to relax, I like to cook or do some model railroading.

I'm still what I would call a novice cook, but I love it, and I do all of the cooking for my family (wife and two kids). There are some things I've been cooking all my adult life (43 years old), but I occasionally get the bug to ad something to my repertoire. Then I research recipes like mad; change, adapt, distill and tweak them until I have just what I'm looking for.
