Baking always gives me great joy and pleasure and relieves all the stress I have from my daily work life.
I gave that all up in Mar 2011 and went from a high-paying day job to baking and am seeing where that takes me.
I strongly believe that not only should one's baked goods taste consistently good, it should also have a good standard of aesthetic appeal.
I try my best and in the meantime, I am putting all my efforts to clocking up more experience and baking as much as I can and seeing what works for me.
I am a perpetual candy eater, snack muncher and soda-drinker.
I don't believe in fat-free, low-cal, sugar-free stuff (except maybe Coke Light, which I indulge in, plently) and I gravitate towards all things unhealthy (food-wise of course).
However, I am blessed to not look overweight (in the meantime maybe) and so, I shall enjoy it while it lasts.
