Reviewed Cream of Wheat Pudding (From the Mennonite Treasury of Recipes)
"I totally grew up with this pudding too and LOVE it! It's so good plain & warm, though my mom usually liked to eat it cold with homemade raspberry preserve. I haven't made this for ages, but now I'm craving it!"

I'm a work-at-home mom to two active toddlers with a third baby on the way! I love Jesus and am passionate about prayer and worship. I think I'm inspired to cook by my mom and how she was such an amazing cook for our family growing up - I want to be like her and provide great-tasting meals for my husband and kids!
I enjoy making meals for my family, drawing from my Mennonite background, which includes a lot of simple meals with meat and potatoes or pasta, often in the form of a casserole. :) I do like trying new recipes though too, as long as they're not too strange! I like my desserts, but it's usually my husband who does the baking, since he has the stronger sweet tooth. :) My favorite restaurants would probably be Italian, so I also enjoy cooking anything with pasta and tomato sauce. But the dish I'm famous for is something called Cottage Cheese Rolls - a Mennonite dessert that is to die for!

"I grew up with this Mennonite dessert and it is a family favorite that we traditionally always have at Christmas. The rolls by themselves are simple and perhaps unimpressive, but once you add the cinnamon icing, they are to DIE FOR!!"
