"This is a great recipe for my daughter who is dairy and gluten intolerant as well as having Candida, so there is quite a lot she can't have! She loves the taste and is rapt that she can have icecream again! I used Stevia instead of sugar and not having an icecream maker put the mix in the freezer and whisked it up well when it was partly frozen, t..."

"This is a nice soup and very easy to make! The only changes I made was using water instead of stock and substituting the milk for rice milk. My younger son and I did find the soup just a little too tangy though so I will just use bit less yoghurt. ..."

"A very nice soup and easy to make! Because of my daughter's special dietry needs I used fresh herbs instead of dried, rice milk in place of the cream and I did not use the bay leaves or soy sauce. Also I did not need to use the flour. This soup is also a great way to get children to eat cauliflour, thanks for posting this!"

"For those who prefer a crustier firmer bread, I found (quite by accident!that it is also quite nice cooked for a further 5-10 mins. This bread keeps well for up to 3 days re-fridgerated in a plastic bag, and it also makes the bread firmer for easier cutting."

"Thanks for posting this recipe. I made this for my daughter who has candida (an anti-candida diet is quite restricted hence trying to find alternative treats for her. I just used rice milk, wholemeal flour and sweetener instead, and she loved it, she doesn't want my custard anymore! I quite liked it too, but I bet the original recipe is even bett..."

"Tried this one for dinner tonight, and the combination of ingredients made it quite nice. It was also easy to make. I didn't layer it though, we had it mixed through instead. Had to make a vegan version by not using the cheese (those who could have it added it after cooking and using rice milk. I made double the sauce and used the extra instead o..."

"This is a very nice recipe, everyone liked it, and it is so quick and easy to make. The only change I made was to not add pepper, as my daughter is on an anti candida diet and can't eat spices. We had the chowder with creamed carrots, peas (I had planned beans but did not have enough and salad. Yum!Thanks for posting this recipe"

"We thought this tasted very nice, moist with a good texture, but was a bit too sweet for me. I would try it again with less sugar. I used butter instead of oil, substituted sultanas for the raisins and half a cup of silken tofu for the eggs, and it worked out great."
