    Favorite Foods

My specialities are casseroles and desserts - especially brownies and cakes. My favorite restaurant was this awesome little Cuban/fusion restaurant on the waterfront in Florida which sadly closed down several years back. My taste buds are also pretty unsophisticated - I like simple stuff, like mac and cheese and comfort food - and I really do love southern-style cooking, seeing as how I grew up there. Anything that will harden your arteries just reading the recipe? I'll probably love it.
