    My daughter was recently diagnosed as gluten intolerant, so I have made it my mission to look for foods that are GF that will appeal to her. The rest of the family has since gone on a GF diet and have found that we can make most foods, with just a few alterations. A little more time consuming (or sometimes a lot) but generally much healthier for everybody!
