"I tried this with vennison roast the other night. It was even better than the beef roast I fixed the first time. I did pour some vinegar and lemon pepper seasoning over the roast and set in the refigerator overnight to get the game taste out of it. I also sliced a small sweet onion and put in with the roast to cook. Very Good! THis is a new favori..."

"This was really good. I didn't have grated cheese, so I just used the shredded cheddar I had. I also only had one can of crushed pineapple, so I used a can of chunked as well. It still turned out really good. It's almost more of a dessert. I will definitely fix it again. I even sprinkled a little cheese on top of the crackers. "
