"I made this tonight for my grandsons and great grands. This is a keeper. Very *kid friendly* AKA, finger food for the little ones. Worked so much better than plain baked sweet potatoes, no need to add toppings. I plan to use this for Thanksgiving this year. It can cook along with the turkey, although not as long. Good when you only have one o ..."

"WOW! I made this tonight because I had a craving for Thai food and didn't want to go out. The sauce is delish and the tofu was light and delicate and wonderful. I made extra sauce to use in Chicken Satay w/noddles later this week. Thanks for sharing!"

"I made this for dinner and it, along with some cheese, crackers and grapes, was more than enough for us. I used Campari tomatoes because that's what I always have on hand. Most excellant to make if you want to do a simple Tapas meal. This will be a year round dish for us!"

"I'm sorry, this recipe was a loser. I followed it to the T, but I did shorten the cooking time to 15 minutes and it still came out like charcoal! Way too burned to even attempt to eat. And my oven had been calibrated last month so I'm thinking maybe reduce the temp and forget the mustard. I'll not even try this again, however."

"I've been making Pineapple Upside Down Cake for 50 years and this is a wonderfully easy adaptation. It's a keeper for sure! Even my Mom loves it and she's been cooking for 70+ years."

"I just made this today for dinner and must say that, even before it stays in the frige, it is good! Quite a change from *regular* cole slaw and this will be a main stay for bar-b-q this summer and probably all year long. If you like slaw, you must try this - the horseradish adds a great zing to it and the apples add the sweet crunch."

"I follwed the recipe to a *T* but it's so bland and I LOVE guacamole. Maybe add some onions and red peper flakes to spice it up a bit? Clean up is a bit more than I needed but maybe someone will try this toight at my Superbowl party?"

"I ususally don't care for meatloaf but took a try at this one last night and it was yummy!! Mother and hubby had seconds and I'm looking forward to sandwiches tonight! Thanks, Paula - another one of your winners and the only meatloaf I'll make again! Tender and moist but I did use chili sauce instead of catsup. [Family preference.]"
