    Reviewed Sauteed Sugar Snap Peas
     |  By JanTink

"I had only had sugar-snap peas raw, so when I got some in my Door-to-Door Organics box, I had no clue what to do with them. This was the first recipe I came across, and it is delicious and so simple! I will definitely get more peas and make it again! "

     |  By JanTink

"Maybe it was just that my lemons were very juicy, but the spinach could have used a lot less lemon juice. Otherwise, I was very pleased with how this turned out. The chicken was tender, the spinach was a nice consistency, and the sauce was delicious. "

Reviewed Crisp Chicken Wings with Chili-Lime Butter
     |  By JanTink

"These were awesome! I ended up roasting them longer because they just weren't getting brown on top, when I took them out the undersides were nice and brown, so I would recommend turning them over half way. I ended up roasting them for about 45 minutes. The sauce was awesome. I used bottled lime juice from Target and it worked just fine.

    "OMGosh, this soup is wonderful!

I sort of combined this recipe with the Beefy Cannellini minestrone one. I added a pound of ground beef and an extra can of beans. My market was out of pancetta, so I used regular bacon, as suggested.

I added the bay leaf from the other recipe as well, but otherwise everything else is the same. It made a wonderful ..."

"This was very very bland. It didn't improve overnight either. I think if I had left out the chicken broth and added just some bouillon crystals instead, it might have been better. And maybe leave out the potatoes...they probably soaked up most of the flavor, but you couldn't taste it."

"This was delicious. I used the cast iron pan with frozen corn. It took a bit longer to get the corn to caramelize, but it got there eventually. I added some Penzey's Cajun Seasoning and next time will also try adding the garlic. My husband LOVED this stuff. I had one serving and he ate all the rest, cleaning out the pan before I even had a chance ..."

"This has to be one of the best recipes for the crock pot I have ever made!I used half spicy brown mustard and half Dijon. The curry powder that I use is Spice Hunters...I have never found another curry powder I like so well as theirs. I browned the chicken using 1 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. olive oil melted together. When the chicken was done, I ..."

"My husband doens't usually like chicken in "sauce" but he loves this and so do two of my kids (my son is incurably picky. Last time I made it, I thought everyone was done and dumped the leftover sauce down the sink. My husband then asked, "Any of the juice left from that chicken? I want to put it on my rice!" and I had to tell him it was gone! He..."
