"Be careful -- this cake is SUPER SWEET. Even without the topping, it was too much sugar overload for me. I'm giving it a 4-star rating though because it is good and very moist, but just way too sweet for my taste. If I make it again, I will use coconut milk in place of the cream of coconut. Maybe that will cut down a little on the sweetness."

"This recipe left me a little disappointed. I was confused over whether to chop the garlic or not, so I gave them just a light chop before I sauteed them. And then, 3 to 5 minutes was not nearly long enough to wilt the cabbage. I liked the flavor of the finished dish, but next time I make it, I'll reverse the cooking times: 3 to 5 minutes for t..."

"Fantastic soup! I've been searching for a cream-less potato soup, and this one is delicious. I didn't even need to make the roux at the end, because it was already thick and creamy and perfect. Only other change I will make next time is to cut the amount of leeks in half... five was a bit too overpowering for my taste. Otherwise, wonderful rec..."

"Love this biscotti! I've been making it since 2002 from this same recipe that I found on the Allrecipes website, but thanks for posting it here. I love the fact that it's made with olive oil instead of butter. It's really good, and makes a wonderful Christmas gift."

"Very, very, very good! I chose this recipe because I wanted a healthy version of broccoli soup, but I was prepared to have to compromise a bit on taste. BUT, no compromise here! This soup is unbelievably tasty! The only change I made was to use low-sodium chicken broth. Delicious! I'll make this again and again."

"Thanks for this recipe, Weejee. I've been making it for the last couple of years and it has become MY minestrone recipe. The only changes I've made is to use chicken broth instead of veggie, simply because I like the taste better. And I always add uncooked pasta during the last 20 minutes of simmering. I haven't had a problem with it becoming ..."

"Wow! Very Good! It only made 2 servings instead of the 4 stated, but maybe that's because I liked it so much that I just POURED it on! I didn't have any cayenne pepper, but I did add a little fresh basil and a touch of lime zest. It made a very delicous vinaigrette and I'm sure I'll make this one over and over."

"This bean soup has become a staple in my house. And it's proof that a bean soup does NOT need pork or bacon in it to be delicious. The only thing I do differently is add an extra potato for more thickness. Great recipe!"

"Add me to your list of satisfied bakers! This coffee cake is delicious and VERY VERY close to Starbuck's. Just a little bit more buttery than Starbuck's, but every bit as tasty! I cut the recipe in half and baked it in a 8x8 pan for 30 minutes."
