"This is a really tasty soup. I think its success hinges on using more cilantro than you think you'll need (it helps if you grow your own. I also added more tomato than was called for, and I really think it benefited from that. I don't think that it really needs the rice, as it makes the texture a little odd, so I'd advise leaving it out."
