Reviewed Chicken or Steak with Balsamic BBQ Sauce

"I read some of the reviews and I have to agree that the balsamic vinegar was just too overpowering! Every bite left me feeling and looking as if I had bitten into a lemon or something. Just too tangy, and I only added a little more than half the amount that was called for! This being said, I think the problem was probably the TYPE of balsamic vine"

Reviewed Baked Penne with Roasted Vegetables

"I made this dish twice in the last month. The first time I made it it was very good. The second time I changed one little step and it was amazing! Reviewed Chipotle-Glazed Roast Chicken With Sweet Potatoes

"If you cut this recipe in half you really need to make the FULL amount of sauce because otherwise it will come out bland. Not bad, but it didn't wow me."

    Reviewed Chicken Parmesan

"I have to agree with the other reviews, this Chicken Parmesan turned out great! As a very very beginner cook it was a little bit challenging but it turned out pretty much perfect. The only suggestion I would make is that the balsamic vinegar wasn't really necessary. It left a bit of a bitter after taste in the sauce and next time I don't plan on a"
