"Once again, thank you Kittencal for a great recipe. I like this recipe but it did turn out a little "cakey" for me, but it could have been because I substituted two things! "Wow-weee! I loved this because I had all of these things in the cupbord already. The filling itself is a winner. It tastes so buttery and creamy - I used a smidge more, butter though - and I used one can of mixed veggies in lieu of a bag of frozen. I used biscuit dough for the top and bottom. "SOOOOO delicious and super easy. I'm not that much of a cookie person, but I ate like 4 of these when they came out of the oven!...I just couldnt stop! I cut the recipe by half, and they came out perfect - (I got 18 they didnt spread at all, and the sugar stayed powdery. Give this recipe a try - it will not disappoint!"

"Fast, simple, and DELICIOUS!! I cut the recipe in half, and used butter - it was soooooo good. Whipping eggs until frothy I think is the key. Tasted just as good as Denny's. Thanks for this great breakfast recipe. We will be having it again :o"

"When I tell you this C&D recipe is good - I mean it is "slap yo' Mama" good!!! My hubby said it was even better than his Mother's (lol. We LOVED it! Few things:I added some diced onions and green peppers, used about 1/2 the butter suggested, and only used 1 and a half cans of biscuits (we ate the rest with dinner. This recipe is a sure-fire ..."
