    Reviewed Easy Braised Artichokes
     |  By Jen C Seattle

"These artichokes require a lot of prep work, but they do taste very good in the end. I enjoyed having this vegetable in a new way (opposed to just peeling/dipping and the lemony flavor was nice and bright. I'm not sure I'll make the dish often due to the time-intensity, but I'm glad to have it in my artichoke repertoire! "

Reviewed Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits-Top Secret Version
    Handle
     |  By Heather'sKitchen

"For a Feast of the Seven Fishes seafood potluck I thought it would be awfully clever of me to make this copycat version of Red Lobster's signature biscuits. The recipe is quite easy with minimal ingredients and the results were very tasty. Admittedly I haven't had real Red Lobster CB biscuits in quite awhile, but these seemed to hit the mark. A fr..."

    Reviewed Apple Crisp
    Handle
     |  By cuisinebymae

"This made a nice apple crisp! I added the seeds from 1/2 a vanilla bean to the apple mixture...my apples were golden and more on the sweet side. I think next time I might up the amount of oatmeal compared to the flour for the topping. All in all, very tasty and a great addition to our Thanksgiving table!"

Reviewed Easy Crescent Samosa (Indian Style Sandwiches
    Handle
     |  By SaraFish

"These samosas were a hit at my Movie Club meeting last night! The only change I made was to use dried coriander rather than cilantro as I couldn't find dried cilantro at the supermarket. I adjusted the spices a bit to taste--the end result was a batch of delightful buttery pockets stuffed with delicious spiced vegetable filling! Sure, they aren't ..."

Reviewed Greek "baklava" Walnut Honey-Glazed Cake
    Handle
     |  By Kittencalskitchen

"This is a pleasing cake with plenty of sweetness and spice...a fun spin on the flavors of baklava! Smells delicious while baking. I think the next time I will use less orange zest as the orange flavor was a bit stronger than I prefer for my own taste...this one is a keeper for sure, and was a great dessert for my Greek dinner!"

Reviewed Crock Pot Chicken - Greek Style
    Handle
     |  By Happy Harry #2

"This is a nice addition to my collection of crock pot recipes. I took the updated instructions to mean that the chicken is layered in between the potatoes and onions and this worked fine for me cooking everything on high for about 6 hours. No dry chicken! I did find that at the end the dish benefited from a generous additional squeeze of lemon jui..."

    Reviewed Tzatziki
    Handle
     |  By :(

"A very nice tzatziki recipe! English cucumbers were took expensive at the grocery store so I used regular cukes, peeling and seeding them first. I used chopped fresh dill weed and white wine vinegar as that's what I grabbed! Using a cheesecloth is a great idea for wringing out the last of the cucumber juice."

     |  (1 person found this helpful) |  By Kittencalskitchen

"Another winner from Kittencal! I used frozen blueberries so allowed them to thaw and drain thoroughly. Also, I rounded my tablespoons of corn starch so as to counteract any juiciness from using frozen fruit. A 9 x 9 pan worked just fine. Turned out great and so easy to make!"

     |  (1 person found this helpful) |  By MA HIKER

"I will continue using this recipe as a great base for crockpot jambalaya. However, there were a couple of key modifications I had to make for this dish to be a success as jambalaya. When prepared as written (with the undrained tomatoes, this came out very liquid for me. I undercooked two cups of rice on the stovetop and added them to the crock fo..."
