    I love to read, write, and cook. I love carrying a theme throughout an entire meal , from apps to dessert.
    I'm currently between jobs -- nothing to do with the recession. I was a paramedic and suffered a career ending injury.

    Shrimp, steak, Italian cuisine, Mexican Cuisine, Chinese. Anything with ricotta cheese stuffed into it. Salads of all sorts. Cake.
