"What a great recipe! I didnt have beef broth so I microwaved a cup of water with a beef bouillon cube and it worked great! I also didnt have light soy sauce (used regular and just omitted the celery (personal pref. I was tempted to lick my plate the juice was so good!! Thanks for a wonderful meal!"
