I am 35, and I was born and raised in Somerset, Pennsylvania. I am married to a wonderful man and I have one daughter age 11 of my own. I have found cooking for a lot of different tastes is more difficult than I expected. I work full-time as an administrative assistant and I am usually on the run most nights. I love to make good comfort foods on the weekends, but have very picky eaters. Always looking for good crock-pot recipes where I can throw everything together and forget about it until dinner time! I am passionate about reading and my family.
I am a very schedule oriented person and it drives me nuts when I have things planned (i.e. dinner, dance classes, grocery shopping, helping with homework, etc.) and something or someone throws a wrench in to screw things up.
Actually the weather and seasons are what inspire me to cook the most. I love to cook in the fall and winter more than any other time.
I love italian foods, and I love spicy foods. I love comfort foods i.e. stews, roasts, chili, anything that gives you the warm fuzzy feeling! I am a huge sugar addict but don't often get time to bake.
