"Great cake!! My 7-year-old made this mostly on her own, and the family loved it. We added the nutmeg and cinnamon to the icing - that was a good tip, though I'm sure it would have been good without it. This just has a pleasant not-too-sweet taste to it. Icing and all.
We did double the bananas and the cake had a similar texture to banana brea..."

"Really wanted crepes, but was feeling a bit frazzled and wanted something that would be a little easier to handle on the griddle. THIS IS A WONDERFUL RECIPE, just thick enough to where it's easier to handle than "real" crepes, but still tastes like crepes. I doubled it to make enough for my whole family; added a bit of sugar, filled with yogurt an..."

"Combination of the coconut milk and spices in this dish make it a new family favorite. I made it last week and they are already requesting it again! Making this for dinner tonight! I played with the amount of ingredients for the spices based on what my family likes, my husband actually thought it was chicken curry and he asked how my chicken curry..."

"Wow, what a wonderful, rich dessert! I read the reviews and found that some people think it's far too rich and sweet, but I'm thinking when something is called "butter cake" it's pretty much understood that it's going to be rich -- and with a box of powered sugar, well, there's another clue (that it might be pretty sweet. This was a HUGE hit with..."

"I chose this recipe because of it's ease and my last minute nature -- I brought it to a function and had so many compliments and people asking me for the recipe. I had to laugh because I used the recipe sifter to sort based on several things, the main thing was prep time. I'm making it again for another function tomorrow ... last minute of course!..."

"Oh my word. This is by FAR the best carrot cake I have ever made. Not too sweet, not to savory. I left out the nuts, but followed the recipe exactly besides that. WONDERFUL! Thank you so much for posting it."

"This is a great recipe - the time is worth it; my family loved it. I used extra cream cheese and I didn't have any toothpicks, but just placed seam down in the oil. Used olive oil for frying and omitted the oregano. I will definitely make these again. Thanks for sharing!!!"

"Great recipe!! I added a can of mushrooms to the sauce, and about 3/4 cup water to make more sauce (with cornstarch to make the sauce thicker. Also, I used olive oil instead of butter and put minced garlic and dried onions in the olive oil to saute a bit before I added the porkchops to brown. I served it over rice -- and wow, my family inhaled it..."

"This is my new favorite Chicken Curry recipe. I added a bit of heavy cream to the sauce (didn't have any yogurt, used olive oil instead of canola, and left out the tomato paste. We tend to like ours with a little more sauce so I added extra broth for that, and the cream thickened it nicely. My goodness I can't wait to make it again. Thanks so muc..."

"This recipe is outstanding. I made it on a whim when we had family guests who appreciate Asian cooking. Everyone LOVED it. I really thought that I had made too much, but everyone loved it so much that I ended up only having a small amount to eat myself.
