"This is not the texture I remember. My cookies baked up poofy and chewy and I followed the instructions to the letter. I remember buttery crispy flakey cookies. Not the CPS cookies that I remember."

"These are the cookies that I remember. Another recipe had salt in the ingredient list and when I baked them they were poofy and chewy. These are buttery crisps that are flakey and crunchy. Yeeeesssss! These are the ones."

"Wow, is this a lot of salt! I followed the directions completely (yes, i used kosher salt), I have to admit that this tasted nothing like Chipotle's (I had some leftover from the restaurant). I couldn't even improve it, had to throw it out (along with my expensive olive oil!) A huge disappointment."
