    About Me

    Hello,
I'm a 31 year old mother of one son. I will be getting married in October 2003. I was bound to cook. My mother was taught to cook by her beloved aunt and she was also taught the importance of your family in the kitchen. In our family, that is where everyone talks. I have always liked to cook, but now, I love to cook. Martha Stewart, move over. I recommend getting a George Forman grill and rotissire. They are wonderful appliances. My next big appliance will be the Kitchen Aid mixture with allllllll the attachments. I can't wait to get that.

    Favorite Foods

My favorite foods are to numerous to mention. The only thing that I really don't like is spicy foods. It runs in my famiy that spicy foods don't agree with you. However, I'm trying to upgrade to medium spicy salsa. I just had Empress Chicken at a local chinese resturant. It was a smidgen spicy and I really liked it. The other item of foods that I might not like is slimmy foods, like undercook eggs. Yukkkk. Otherwise, I'm good to go. I am famous for making potato salad in my family. They request it. I have a secret ingredient of course. My down fall in cooking is baking. I have problems measuring things. I could not tell you how I make potato salad because I just throw things in. There are some things that I can bake, but sometimes I fail. Oh well. Thanks for looking at my info. Jennifer
