" This is a wonderful addition to my recipe collection. I didn't have fresh jalapenos so I used the pickled ones, it turned out great. I also added 1 tablespoon olive oil for flavor, but it wasn't necessary. I recipe is wonderful as is. Thanks, I'll be sharing it with friends and family."

"Thank you so much for posting this recipe. I saw it made on America's Test Kitchen and thought I would swallow my tongue. I can't wait to make it myself."

"This is a very good dish and was enjoyed by my teenager and 7 year old. I took your suggestion about the beans, but used refried. I also used a mixture of pepper jack and 4-cheese Mexican blend. Next time I think I will put a little bit of the sauce in the pan before I layer the tortillas in. I think this would keep them from being less tough ..."

"This pie is so good. The crust of a pie is my least favorite part, so this is perfect for me. I like my egg custard pie cold, but I couldn't resist having a warm slice. The only thing I did different was add in some cinnamon to the blender mixture. The top of the pie got a bit dark, but I like that flavor. If you don't, you might not want to b..."

"This is very, very good. I made half the recipe and it still made a large dish. The only changes I made was to use canned mushrooms in the place of water chestnuts (no one else in my house eats them but me I also ran short on sour cream so I made up the difference with french onion dip. It tasted great. Since my famliy doesn't like cruchy veg..."

"This is so simple to make. It tastes excellent and my kids loved it. I didn't add the peppermint extract and it still tasted wonderful."

"This is a very good recipe. It taste like the one my Mama makes. I don't have her recipe, so I was happy to find this one. I used all yellow squash and didn't put in the cheese. I also added a little sage in with the spices. Thanks for posting."

"This is a wonderful tasting recipe. Very easy to prepare. I didn't have the dries lemon peel, so I used a little lemon juice on the ribs before I put on the dry rub. I used water in the sauce instead of beer and I let them set over night with the rub on them. Thanks for posting this great recipe."

"This was so GOOD. It was also very quick and easy. The only things I did differently was use lemon juice instead of lime juice because it was all I had. I also added 2 tablespoons of oil and some salt and pepper to the marinade. I also had some leftover steak that I sliced and added to the pan at the end of cooking. I will be making this agia..."
