"This was really easy and delicious. The meat was tender and so flavorful. I grilled the chicken and chopped it fine and had a taco bar with grilled corn tortillas, lime, cilantro, cheese, salsa verde and homemade guacamole. My kids and husband loved it and requested it for weekly dinner rotation."

"For anyone who is gluten free - I used gluten free lasagna noodles and this lasagna was fabulous! Because it is made from scratch everything else is naturally gluten free and so it is safe and is truly the best lasagna I have ever eaten. I served it to my entire family at a party and everyone raved. It was even better the next day. Thanks!"
