    About Me

    Well, I'm fifteen years old and in the tenth grade. I'm not currently working, but school is enough of a full-time job. I enjoy cooking using The Joy of Cooking and other cookbooks my family has amassed throughout the years. I love to study Christianity and improve my ways of living in eating better and seeking to be of better use to God. I feel like I'm fairly accepting of almost anyone, or at least I try to be. I love to converse with others and to learn from them and I also enjoy learning more about the French language, which I am currently studying in school. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about them, as I feel it improves both of our outlooks on life and broadens our minds to see another person's perspective on various things.

    Favorite Foods

    I like to cook just about anything, as I enjoy trying to incorporate healthy alternatives into whatever dishes I can while preserving taste and enjoyment. Beans and stir-fry are some of my favorite things to cook because you can put so many variations on them, which leaves room for a new dish every time. I like to cook with organic foods, although my familiy doesn't purchase very many, as they are more expensive than genetically manipulated ones. I enjoy eating at Chinese and Japanese restaurants, as both cultures offer fairly healthy food that tastes really well. IHOP is also one of my favorite places to eat out because breakfast is probably my most favorite meal of the day, and I really enjoy their omlettes and Harvest Nut 'N Grain pancakes. There is also a restaurant that has recently opened near me called Fresh Choice-I know I'm really boring you-and it offers great variety and quality at a decent price. Well, now that I've informed you about every restaurant I like, more than you wanted to know probably, I'll say goodbye and I hope to talk to you soon.
