    About Me

    I have been living in Brussels for a few years now but Philadelphia is my hometown. I like the tried and true recipes from my childhood but I also love to try new things, cuisines, etc. I am a recovering vegetarian and experimenting with meat dishes more and more.

    Favorite Foods

    Right now I am fascinated with Indian cuisine but I also love to go revisit old "American" favorites like Italian, Mexican, and various pies and cakes. Living in a french influenced country, I'm also trying to work out some of the local dishes like tarts, quiches, etc.
