"These biscuits were fantastic!! I made them for a group of girlfriends and we finished them in 5 minutes (after fighting the kids off everyone loved them. They are light and buttery, just sweet enough, the cinnamon is moorish and the house smells fabulous when they are baking. Thank you Ashley these are an absolute hit!"

" I have made this recipe several time it is just great, I find it easier (in our Australian summer heat to pre roll the dough between 2 sheets of cling wrap then refrigerate before cutting out the shapes, you don't need to re-refrigerate the cut pieces before baking either. You can get really thin crispy cookies this way too. Our Playgroup made..."

"I made these as part of a menu for a surprise 60th birthday party for my gorgeous Mother in law. They didn't last long! In Australia we can't get "ranch dressing mix" so I substituted it for 1 garlic clove crushed, 1 Cup chopped fresh parsley and 1/2 Cup fresh chives chopped, salt and pepper to taste. It turned out fine, I made them a few hours in..."

"I have had lots of requests for the recipe of these little rolls after I made them for a surprise 60th birthday cocktail party for my mother in law. They were very easy and quick to make. I assembled them the morning before the party and left them in the frig until just before cutting them and putting them in the oven. They were lovely."

"I made this as part of a surprise cocktail party for my Mother in law's 60th. I couldn't find the endive and all the other leaf substitutes looked withered and yuk so my sister in law and I assembled it on little cut out circles of rye bread. Was delicious."

"I made this as part of a cocktail surprise party for my Mother in law's 60th. I made the little triangle version and froze them 3 days prior. On the night I popped them into the oven frozen for 25 mins they were beautiful. When you make these make sure you hide one or two away for yourself because you will be sure to miss out!"

"I made this stew tonight. I did vary the recipe a little, I used a Lamb sholder whole and slow cooked it for 2.5 hours and I used Black eye peas instead of the white beans. After 2.5 hrs the meat just fell off the bone...yum. I found it needed more spice so I added 1t ground corriander, 1/2t ground ginger, 1t cayenne pepper, and 1t ground cinnamon..."

"I made this dish with a slow roasted leg of lamb for friends on the opening night of the olympics. I found it very easy to make and very tasty. It was good to cook with the slow roast because the potatos really can't be over cooked. I will make this again and again. Provided my guests don't fight over the potatos next time!"
