    Hi There, I'm a real foodie. Had a restaurant in Key West, traded it in for two kids. I truly love food. Now one of my kids (19 now) is vegetarian, gluten and dairy free. Cokking balanced meals is very difficult, and forget about dessert... That is till I found this carrot cake. Mmmm excellent, has given me hope to peruse others. Thank you very much!
